Timezone matters for scheduled workflow triggers — a
cron of 0 9 * * 1 means 9am in this timezone.
Keep logo files small — large uploads may not work well. If you change your workspace URL, tell your team before you do it: treat old links as broken rather than counting on them to keep working.
About your company
Industry, description, team size, website, and the default loaded rate — all filled in by Alma’s research during setup. Correct anything that’s off; these fields ground every piece of writing Alma does.
Default loaded rate
The bottom of the rate cascade: person, then group, then this. Unset, Alma falls back to $90/hr. Set one number here to make every ROI calculation in the workspace more accurate.
Workspace state
A read-only rollup with live counts — Memory, Outcome map, Connections, Members, Workflows — each linking to the section that owns it.
Danger zone
Deleting a workspace is immediate and permanent: the knowledge base, outcomes, workflows, connections, and every member’s access. There’s no soft-delete or recovery. Confirm by typing the workspace name.
