Timezone matters for scheduled workflow triggers — a
cron of 0 9 * * 1 means 9am in this timezone.
About your company
Section titled “About your company”Industry, description, team size, website, and the default loaded rate — all filled in by Alma’s research during setup. Correct anything that’s off; these fields ground every piece of writing Alma does.
Default loaded rate
Section titled “Default loaded rate”The bottom of the rate cascade: person, then group, then this. Unset, Alma falls back to $90/hr. Set one number here to make every ROI calculation in the workspace more accurate.
Workspace state
Section titled “Workspace state”A read-only rollup with live counts — Memory, Outcome map, Connections, Members, Workflows — each linking to the section that owns it.
