Activity Feed

The activity feed is a chronological timeline of everything Alma has processed from your connected sources. Every email, Slack message, calendar event, or other communication appears here.

Browsing the feed

Events are shown in reverse chronological order. Each event displays:

  • Source icon — Which channel it came from (Gmail, Slack, Calendar, etc.).
  • Summary — A brief description of the event content.
  • Topics — People, companies, or other entities Alma identified in the event.
  • Timestamp — When the event occurred.

Scroll through the feed to browse recent organizational activity, or use filters to narrow things down.

Filtering

Click the Filter button to open the filter menu. You can narrow results by:

  • Source — Show only events from specific connected sources (Gmail, Slack, Linear, etc.).
  • Agent — Show only events related to a particular agent.

Active filters appear as chips below the filter bar. Remove any chip to clear that filter. When no filters are selected, all events are shown.

Searching

Use the Search bar at the top of the Events viewer to find specific events by keyword. The search runs against event content and summaries in real time — results update as you type. Search and filters work together, so you can combine a keyword search with source or agent filters to zero in on exactly what you’re looking for.

Interacting with events

Click on any event to see its full content and all extracted entities. You can also start a chat with Alma about a specific event to get more context or take action.

The activity feed is a good place to verify that your sources are working correctly and to see what Alma has been learning.
