Trello

Connecting Trello lets Alma monitor your boards and extract insights from your project activity, and gives agents the ability to interact with Trello cards and boards.

What Alma captures

• Board and card activity — Updates to cards, list changes, and board events.
• Project context — Card titles, descriptions, due dates, labels, and assignments.
• Relationships — Who is working on what, helping Alma understand team workload and priorities.

Connecting

1. Go to Settings → Connections.
2. Click Connect on Trello.
3. Authorize access via OAuth — you’ll be redirected to Trello to grant permission.
4. Once authorized, Alma begins processing activity from your connected boards.

Trello is a personal connection — each team member connects their own Trello account.

Disconnecting

Click Disconnect on the Trello connection card to revoke access. Alma stops processing new Trello activity, but knowledge already extracted remains in your memory.
