Granola

Connecting Granola gives Alma access to your meeting transcripts and notes, helping it understand your conversations, decisions, and action items from meetings.

What Alma captures

  • Meeting transcripts — Full transcripts from meetings recorded in Granola.
  • Notes and summaries — Key takeaways, decisions, and action items captured during meetings.
  • Participants — Who attended each meeting, helping Alma understand your professional relationships.
  • Meeting context — Topics discussed, recurring themes, and follow-ups across meetings.

Connecting

  1. Go to Settings → Connections.
  2. Click Connect on Granola.
  3. Authorize access with your Granola account.
  4. Once connected, Alma automatically imports your meeting transcripts from the past 14 days.

Granola is a personal connection — each team member connects their own Granola account.

Disconnecting

Click Disconnect on the Granola connection card to revoke access. Alma stops processing new Granola activity, but knowledge already extracted remains in your memory.
